Between tasting, discovery and conviviality, the halles of Toulouse des Carmes reflect all the richness of our Occitanie region.
For more than 125 years, the Marché des Carmes in the heart of the Pink City has been a vital part of the lives of the people of Toulouse from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7am to 1.30pm.
The 40 traders, some of whom have been there for several generations, make it a unique place combining quality and proximity
Our barmen, restaurateurs, bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, delicatessens, wine merchants, cheesemongers, greengrocers, fishmongers, caterers and tripe makers combine their know-how with passion.
The Marché des Carmes has a very privileged location because it is situated in the historic heart of the city, and it is a pleasure to immerse oneself in its very Toulousian friendly atmosphere.
It is a real place of life where you can find the best products of our region. Here, you can stroll around and enjoy the terraces in a friendly neighbourhood where life is good.
