If you want to organize a congress in Toulouse, entrust us with your specifications. We will study the feasibility of your project free of charge. Backed by a network of specialized partners in the events and organization sector (venues, convention centers, hotels, gala dinners, social programs and technical service providers), we’ll guide you towards the service providers you need to make your project a success.
If you wish to deal exclusively with the scientific content, you can call on the services of a Professional Congress Organizer convention bureau’s partner. They will take care of all the logistical and budgetary aspects of your event.
The RFP response must include key information about the destination and the expected benefits for each participant. We’ll help you analyze your specifications and provide you with all the information you need to make your congress BID a success.

High-performance facilities
Toulouse has a wide range of high-performance facilities to ensure that your conferences are as successful as possible, and they are fully adapted to your needs.
There are 2 convention centres, each with two 500-seat auditoriums, and exhibition spaces (1,200 m2 and 2,000 m2).
EXHIBITION PARK AND CONVENTION CENTRE
Since 2020, Toulouse’s new Exhibition Park and Convention Centre – the MEETT – has housed a convention complex and exhibition halls in over 40,000 m2 of modular space. The facility is part of a sustainable development approach and meets the expectations of professionals and the requirements of the events market with a combination of technology and versatility.

The Congress Fund
In order to attract large-scale conferences to the Toulouse region, Toulouse Métropole has set up a unique financial scheme: the ‘’congress support fund”: €1 million a year is dedicated to hosting large-scale international professional events that are deemed to offer a strong economic impact on the region.
A certain number of eligibility criteria enable the specialist committee to promote areas of excellence. Large-scale congresses (over 9,000 overnight stays) are eligible, but certain international scientific congresses (ICCA criteria) may also qualify for assistance from the congress fund. In order to be eligible for this extraordinary financial package, events must be organised by national or international associations, learned societies, national or international professional federations, higher education and research establishments, or private-public consortia with a predominance of public sector bodies.
