The Meeting Lab, housed in a beautiful brick building in the Pink City, is located in the heart of Toulouse, less than 100 meters from the Place du Capitole. This human-scale workspace is elegant, refined and convivial. It was designed by Europa Group, France's leading convention organizer and expert. Set in a tranquil environment, this 600m2 venue offers top-of-the-range services for your professional events. High-tech equipment (high-precision audiovisual equipment, integrated videoconferencing, etc.) and tasty local catering prepared on site by our chef are all on offer.
Spread over three levels, the Meeting Lab offers a number of spaces for 2 to 100 people:
On the second floor, you'll find three meeting rooms with sleek furnishings and tasteful decor, plus a small, comfortable and intimate lounge.
A 70m2 auditorium, set in a vaulted room. Here you can create the ambience that suits you best, thanks to a customizable light show that gives the room a unique atmosphere.
Located on the first floor, the dining room welcomes you for a gourmet break in a relaxed, hushed setting.
The Meeting Lab's catering offer is based on quality, simplicity and authenticity, with buffets, cocktails, lunches and dinners featuring exclusively local, fresh and seasonal products, to suit all tastes and tastes, prepared by our in-house chef Marjolaine.
