Wi's Traiteur, founded in 2009 by William Luis (a former compagnon du devoir, who trained with some of the great names in French gastronomy, such as Yves Thuriès, Alain Ducasse and the late Bernard Loiseau), quickly established itself as one of Toulouse's leading caterers.
Wi's Traiteur works in a modern laboratory located in Toulouse intramuros, meeting the latest European sanitary standards and holding an approval number issued by the Haute-Garonne departmental laboratory in 2010.
It also obtained a QUALIVORE/IRQUALIM certificate in April 2016, attesting to the quality and provenance of the products used.
For Mr. Luis, eating local is not a fad, it's simply common sense. By eating locally and in season, Wi's Traiteur contributes to limiting transport, preserving the diversity of the landscape, preserving know-how handed down from generation to generation and safeguarding local employment.
The Wi's Traiteur workshops' artisanal approach aims for gustatory and visual excellence on a daily basis. The recipes developed by the chef are based on French gastronomic traditions, updated through constant creativity.
