Getting to Toulouse – by air and rail
Air travel offers
Airlines offer attractive fares for conference participants and organisers. Depending on where your participants are coming from, the convention bureau can help you get started with the Global Meeting programmes offered by Skyteam or LufthansaGroup.
Their online booking tools offer savings of up to 15% on airfares with airlines serving Toulouse: Air France, KLM, Lufthansa and Brussels Airlines.
Rail transport offer
SNCF makes it easy to access its offers by providing a customised widget that can be integrated into the conference website. Attendees can directly access the entire Oui.sncf offer on the event website with a single click, which then redirects them to the Oui.sncf price calendar page.
Welcome service
Accueil à l’aéroport Toulouse-Blagnac et à la gare Toulouse-Matabiau
The service includes the provision of welcome desks at the airport and train station. This service is available during two two-hour time slots on the day of the attendees’ arrival. Attendants are the responsibility of the organiser.
The hosts or hostesses are the responsibility of the organiser. At least one month before the scheduled arrival date, it is necessary to arrange for a site visit, a list of attendees (hosts or hostesses) and a short training session. It is also possible (at an additional cost) to offer concierge services or luggage handling.

Mobility in Toulouse
You can contact Tisséo (the Toulouse public transport company) directly to benefit from special rates and provide your conference delegates with travel passes.
24-hour or 48-hour passes are available, including unlimited travel on the metro, bus and tram, at the organiser’s expense.

Conference pass
Under certain conditions, the convention bureau may cover the cost of “conference passes”*.
This unlimited pass, specially developed by the convention bureau in partnership with Tisséo and designed for conference attendees, provides full access to the network for the duration of the conference.
To qualify, the conference must bring together:
- More than 300 people
- Be international
- Previous editions must have taken place in at least three different countries
- Be approved by the convention bureau
If your event does not meet the eligibility criteria, you will not be able to benefit from this offer.
*We are currently experiencing difficult economic times, which are forcing us to adjust our budget and the support we provide. In this context, we are currently unable to guarantee that we will be able to cover the cost of conference passes.

Sustainable mobility: VélôToulouse
With its self-service bicycle scheme, VélôToulouse has over 400 stations throughout the city offering both standard and electric bikes. The bike hire service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One-day and seven-day tickets are available. If you want to offer your conference delegates alternative modes of transport, you have a dedicated contact person.

You will find a wide range of documentary resources and communication materials to help you create your own materials: a photo and video gallery, presentation texts, simplified information web pages and a tourist magazine.
Paper tourist maps
TAll tourist documents are available to download via the organiser’s kit. However, you can request paper maps of Toulouse to give to your participants.
After placing your order using the form, you will receive an email from the relevant department when the documents are ready, around ten days before your event, directly at the tourist office (Donjon du Capitole).
