Sustainable mobility

Toulouse's city center is on a human scale and is easy to get around on foot or by bike. Toulouse's network of bus, metro and streetcar services is very efficient, making it easy to get around the city.

Tisséo – public transport

Toulouse benefits from a well-organized transport infrastructure featuring two metro lines, a tramway line, over a hundred bus lines, including 10 “Linéo” lines with reserved lanes, and France’s longest urban cable car: Téléo.

Tramway

The T1 streetcar line serves the Aeroscopia aeronautical museum and the MEETT exhibition and convention center.
The line links up with metro line A at Arènes station, which will take you to major city-center stations such as Capitole and Jean-Jaurès.

Cable car

Téléo, France’s longest urban cable car, innovative and fast, links Oncopole to Paul-Sabatier University via Rangueil hospital in just 10 minutes.

The entire Bus-Metro-Tram network has a single fare zone. Tisséo tickets are valid throughout the network. For those arriving by plane, a shuttle bus links the airport to the city center and train station, or the streetcar to the metro network.

Bike

VélÔToulouse: self-service bicycles

VélÔToulouse is a self-service bicycle system open 24 hours a day. Take advantage of a fleet of 3,300 bikes at 400 stations to get around the city in total freedom!
Free and autonomous, you can use the service by the day, for as low as €1.

You can choose between pink mechanical bikes and orange electric-assist bikes.

Good to know

Cycling to MEETT

It’s now possible to cycle to MEETT on a route that takes full advantage of the natural surroundings, thanks to a 9 km bucolic itinerary redeveloped by Toulouse Métropole. Starting from Plan du Port in Blagnac, it follows the Garonne riverbank to the Chemin des Ramiers, then the Chemin des Maraîchers before taking the Chemin des Prés and the Chemin du Moulin de Naudin. Walkers are then invited to follow the Vieux chemin de Grenade, cross the Andromède park, take the Pinot footbridge and reach the Aeroscopia museum before arriving at MEETT and parking their two-wheelers in the bike parking area.

On foot
