Square Games is a unique, welcoming and cosy venue that makes the most of its spacious surroundings to facilitate communication, co-working and the sharing of memorable moments.

Meetings, presentations, workshops and co-working:

A 500m² blank room, which can be furnished with chairs and/or tables according to your requirements, will provide the ideal setting for your presentations on a 4m by 3m screen, with a top-quality sound system and two microphones. You can follow this up with group workshops, either in this room or in another room with its various spaces (eight semi-enclosed lounges for four or five people, and tables for six or eight people that can be moved and joined together). You will always be able to view your programme or presentation on another 4m by 3m screen and benefit from the hall’s main sound system. And, of course, any ideas that have been considered can be adapted to the rooms, your needs and your event.

Work-related facilities:

Our bar and catering service allows us to welcome you with coffee and breakfast in a friendly and original setting. We can also arrange the venue for your meal, which ‘Les Affranchis’ – our preferred caterer – will prepare on site. A wide selection of drinks is also available: the whole Square Games team is here to ensure you have just one thing on your mind: enjoying yourself!

Entertainment:

By choosing Square Games for your event, you’re choosing the largest immersive leisure complex in the south of France. Your staff will be talking for ages about the wild BattleKart races, their journey through the various fabulous worlds of EVA, or the antics they got up to whilst trying to join the Bomb Squad. These high-tech, innovative activities leave no one indifferent and all offer a fabulous, immersive experience. You can also motivate your teams by organising challenges such as an ‘Olympics’ with an overall leaderboard and an original, tailored rewards system – all in a spirit of fun and team-building.
